Strawberry and Granola Trifle

serves 4

You will need

250 g fresh strawberries

2 dl Verso Fava bean granola

1/2 dl peeled pistachio nuts

Yogurt mousse

2 dl whipping cream

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

2 dl Turkish yogurt

Garnish - fresh mint

Method

Rinse and chop the strawberries. Mix together the granola and roughly crushed pistachio nuts.

Prepare the yogurt mousse: whip the cream and season with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the yogurt and fold gently with the whipped cream.

Place strawberries, granola-pistachio nut mixture, and yogurt mousse as layers in the serving glasses. Garnish the portions with fresh mint.
