Maintenance and service
The user shall place the checking fixtures in the designated area. The checking fixtures must be protected from sunshine, rain and external factors;
The checking fixtures must be placed normatively to ensure that the operators can get in and out smoothly and operate each pair of checking fixtures normally;
The user shall conduct regular maintenance for the checking fixtures used by the department twice a month and fill in the Inspection Tool Maintenance Record;
The user shall report to the Quality Department in written form in time in case of any damage found during maintenance of checking fixtures.
Repair of checking fixtures
If the inspection tool is unable to be used due to product design change or damage, the user shall fill in the Inspection Tool Problem Report and submit it for verification;
The Quality Assurance Department shall organize the Technical Department and the user to jointly verify and sign the verification conclusion after receiving the Inspection Tool Problem Report;
The Quality Department shall uniformly fill in the Inspection Tool Maintenance Declaration Form according to the verification conclusion and submit it to the Technical Department;
The Technical Department shall arrange for repair in time after receiving the Inspection Tool Maintenance Declaration Form;
The Quality Department shall be responsible for organizing the acceptance of checking fixtures after they are repaired. It shall be handed over to the relevant user for use after passing the acceptance, and the repair unit shall continue to repair until it is qualified.
Sealing, disabling and scrapping of checking fixtures
The user shall report the checking fixtures that are not used temporarily to the Quality Department in the form of special report. After being approved by the deputy general manager of quality, the inspection tool administrator shall handle the sealing procedures and paste the “sealing” logo, and indicate it in the inspection tool account;
The checking fixtures calibrated to be unqualified and in the processing period shall be sealed by the inspection tool administrator, and the “disable” mark shall be pasted and noted in the inspection tool account;
The user shall report to the Quality Department in the form of special report if the checking fixtures cannot be repaired and have repair value due to product design change or serious damage. The manager of the checking fixtures shall call together the technical department and the user to jointly evaluate the checking fixtures submitted, issue the identification results and treatment plan, and report to the company leader for approval. After approval, the checking fixtures shall be scrapped and the account shall be written off.
