1. How long does it take to get a quote?

We usually submit quotations within 24 hours.

2. Can you do the preliminary design?

In general, we can’t provide design solutions before customers place formal orders.

3. What is the MOQ?

The MOQ is 1pcs when we have the inventory.

4. Do you have OEM/ODM service?

YES. We have over 15years OEM/ODM experience.

5. How long is the production lead time of your checking fixtures after the cheking fixture/gage design approval?

It usually takes about 30 days.

6. What is your quality guarantee?

In order to ensure that the product quality is qualified, we have a full-time process quality control department to monitor the quality of the manufacturing process, as well as the quality inspection before shipment, and provide the CMM inspection report to the customer, or provide a third-party inspection report if necessary.

7. Can you do third-party certification?

Yes, we can provide customers with third-party test reports.

8.How long does the third-party certification take?

Generally 3 to 5 working days.

9.Do you have a manual for check fixtures?

Yes, each set of check fixture is equipped with corresponding user manual, both in Chinese and English.

10.What’re your payment terms?

We advise 30% T/T deposit, balance be paid before shipment.
